Having studied economics, with particular interests in mathematics and historical financial evolution, Will has worked for a firm of chartered surveyors specialising in commercial property and related asset portfolio growth. Clients he works with include large investment firms, multinational companies and national retailers. Maintaining the status of a well known and respected commercial property professional, William left Crickmay in January 2018 to focus full time on his invested interest for blockchain technologies. Closely following advancements in the Fintech industry since 2010 with several years of research, Will identified an opportunity to join the industry in May 2016 and acquired the team's first mining machines. Will’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to, leading consultancy projects alongside research and operational activities of Fjord Power. Chiefly, his time is spent building market contacts, identifying opportunities and overseeing implementation of new projects.
Bendik has a vested interest for all things mechanical and electrical, building extensive experience over the past 10 years with automation and technical work for large corporations such as National Oilwell Varco and Axtech where he was tasked with ensuring the procurement of equipment and components used in oil and gas industries. Upon leaving his career in the oil and gas industry, Bendik began to pursue his ambition to develop and own his own business that has successfully structured and grown a media services agency based in Norway. Seeing the potential business opportunities in Fjord Power, the media agency was sold earlier this year so Bendik could focus on developing projects at FP. Bendik’s network of contacts and experience have been invaluable in overseeing procurement and negotiation of the electrical infrastructure essential for running & maintenance of FP’s high power sites.

After joining RED-Performance, Thomas’ marketing skills quickly developed a network of close contacts and clients enabling him to direct his own marketing firm. He has since structured and successfully sold multiple marketing companies over the past years. His marketing career has seen him partner with Google and other large technology firms that promptly recognised his successes in penetrating Asian markets. The network of contacts and clients Thomas has built over these years, in addition to his marketing skills, has enabled Fjord Power to build a network of partnerships internationally.
Chief Technology Officer
Driven by all things technology, James is a self taught hardware/software engineer who has repeatedly proven his ability to adapt and outperform all technical roles directed at him. Combined with his love of statistics, James has successfully worked in many different technological fields and successfully led a variety of teams in the past. Following speculative success in Fintech markets over the past 10 years, James has strived to explore the applications and inner workings of this technology. Fascinated by the explosive growth in financial applications powered by consumer PC components, James quickly identified the returns to be realised from commercial operation of this equipment. Using his past speculative gains and knowledge, James helped acquire the teams first mining machines and oversaw technical operation. Some of James's responsibilities involve technical implementation & maintenance of new softwares and equipment alongside heading the identification of emerging hardware and software optimisation strategies. His technical input and research have been a key attribute to driving Fjord Power forwards.
Oyvind joined Norwegian based law firm Överbo Gjörtz in 2001 and has been managing partner since 2008. Becoming board member and chairman of several well established companies, Oyvind has demonstrated the quality of his legal advice alongside the direct involvement he takes in ensuring the successful strategy and direction of these companies. His legal firm Överbo Gjörtz is based in western Norway and has evolved into the largest law firm in its region. Primarily working with commercial transactions, contract law and general corporate law his expertise and leadership of Överbo Gjörtz in tandem with his legal network, Øyvind has been essential in guiding Fjord Power through legal negotiations, company strategy and his many contacts in commercial property.
Torgeir has worked as both a Government-appointed and private commercial property expert. After a successful management career within the travel industry he moved into property management in 1995. Currently CEO of Molde Naeringseiensdom AS, he oversees and manages large private commercial property portfolios in Molde. During his career Torgier has overseen the strategic development and management of large property portfolios in Norway. Torgeir is a well known and respected commercial property professional in his region of Norway. Boasting an impressive network of contacts and clients and has been invaluable to many aspects of Fjord Power. Torgeir has overseen the acquisition of sites through partnerships with landlords, introductions directly to senior managers of power companies and has initiated discussions with governments at local and national scales.
